NATO presser

The most cringeworthy statements at this summit come from the two pandering fools from Canada. Trudeau and his useless Minister of Defence. They live in a woke dreamworld.
Biden has nothing on either for cringe worthy remarks at this summit. That fucking idiot Trudeau said today that Canada would meet its 2% defence spending commitment only by 2032. By that time, Ukraine will be member of NATO and DeSantis will be campaigning for his second term in office.
The Trudeau Liberals must go. Now!

My friend watched and said he did fine other than the cringey introduction of "President Putin" and "Vice President Trump". There is something to be said if a candidate's only requirement is to get through a press conference without a senior moment.
BTW what was the summit about? I did some googling (for a whole 7 seconds) and all I could find was analysis of Joe's press conference abilities. Is Ukraine part of NATO yet?

I guess this is one of those situations where he could not get a fair shake if he paid for it. Those who are in the GO camp will find reasons to support that and the STAY camp will as well.

I think @taiwan_girl gave the telling response. We are no longer searching for signs that he is slipping, we are looking for reasons to believe that he isn’t.

I must be the only one who thinks he did OK. He displayed a fine command of situations and policies, and the why and wherefore of them. And he didn't tell any obvious bullshit stories. Other than "I was in the Senate a long time", he didn't repeat himself.

Agreed. What a time.

I was reading that this was the worst outcome for Democrats. Not a good enough performance to convince some people he stay. Not such a terrible performance to convince him to leave.

They called it the Goldilocks presser.

There's no question that many of the hosts (Hannity) on Fox are pro-Trump. But does Fox have the same boot-licking, tounge-bathing hosts such as the likes of O'Donnel, Scarborough, etc?

Not those two, or Reid, either.
