        Looks good but he lost me when they cut to him adding like 9 ingredients… want easy? Boil the taters, then fry briefly in oven (or air fryer) with olive oil and garlic. Mmmmmm, so good

                The potatoes look good. Recipe saved. I think the complicated bit is the sauce, which is optional. But I'd make it.

                We have the same style of salt container he has, the round wooden type with sliding lid. Works well. I haven't shaken salt in a long time. Just grab some with my fingers.

                Education is extremely important.
