The knowingly thing bothers me, as we've been told here that mens rea is not crucial to criminal prosecutions. I was taught that the intent to commit a crime is very important. I don't see why he should get that benefit of teh doubt when others do not.

        Seen on X:

“ Federal prosecutors just entered Hunter Biden's laptop as evidence in the case against him

Remember when the entire media, the intel community, and his father told us all it was fake in 2020 and Twitter censored anyone talking about it?

If he gets an innocent verdict through good legal representation I have no problem with that.

If he gets it because of some juror’s loyalty to his father, that’s another thing all together.

You mean the juror whose spouse works for the secret service or the other five jurors who have had drug problems in their family?

It could be any of the 12, you never really know.

Hope not. The case should be a slam dunk.

Having said that, these cases typically do not result in jail time, unless there are other charges.

I think Hunter is so dirty, he's oily. I think he probably needs to go to jail for influence peddling.

But no incarceration for this charge.

Apparently it is impossible to find a juror in Delaware that doesn't have a relationship with the Biden Crime Family.
