Former New York Mayor Giuliani said on Sunday that his support of Trump showed he stuck to his principles.

That would "help me in heaven," said the lawyer, who's had his license suspended in New York and D.C.

Giuliani, who's filed for bankruptcy, also faces a panel recommendation that he be disbarred.

Rudy Giuliani predicted on Sunday that he'll be disbarred but said his loyalty to former President Donald Trump would be a boon for him "in heaven."

More practical would be for Trump to pay for Giuliani’s legal bills and fines; heck, it would help even if Trump just pays Giuliani’s invoices for legal services Giuliani already rendered to Trump.

Giuliani gets fired from WABC where he did his radio show for continuing to make claims about the election that he himself admitted in court were false.

And he was fired by John Catsamitedes, a NY entrepreneur who was the republican who ran against DeBlasio in 2013.

He owns a large grocery store chain and the WABC station. He saw what happened to Fox and doesn’t want to go magat and broke himself.

This leaves the bankrupt Giuliani without income, I believe.

Arizona prosecutors have tried for weeks – and so far failed – to serve Rudy Giuliani with notice of his indictment related to an alleged scheme to overturn the 2020 election results in that state.

Giuliani is among a group of former President Donald Trump’s allies indicted last month in Arizona alongside the 11 individuals who acted as fake GOP electors from the state in the last presidential election. But the former New York City mayor and one-time attorney for Trump is the only defendant prosecutors have been unable to serve with a summons, according to Richie Taylor, a spokesperson for the Arizona attorney general’s office.

The summons is a formal notice that Giuliani has been criminally charged and must appear before a judge on May 21, and a team of prosecutors and investigators working for Arizona Democratic Attorney General Kris Mayes has made multiple attempts to locate him, Taylor told CNN.

Yeah. Catsimatides has been friends with Giuliani for decades and personally asked him to stop. But he wouldn’t which gave him no choice.

Rudy Giuliani spent most of the past month successfully evading an indictment for a 2020 false elector criminal case in Arizona — until officials tracked him down at his 80th birthday party.

CNN reported Giuliani was celebrating the occasion in Palm Beach, Florida, on Friday when he was served the papers. Prior to being handed the lawsuit, he made a post on X, formerly Twitter, mocking Arizona authorities for failing to track him down.

“If Arizona authorities can’t find me by tomorrow morning: 1. They must dismiss the indictment; 2. They must concede they can’t count votes,” Giuliani posted in a since-deleted post on X (formerly Twitter), along with a selfie with party balloons visible in the background.

Former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani pleaded not guilty Tuesday to nine state felony charges for his alleged role in a scheme to falsely name former President Donald Trump the winner of Arizona in 2020, multiple outlets report, the latest legal trouble for the former New York City mayor—after Arizona officials struggled to serve him a court summons.

                                        KEY FACTS
Giuliani, most famous for serving as mayor of New York City from 1994 through 2001, was indicted by an Arizona grand jury in April for fraud, forgery, and conspiracy in connection with a scheme to name 11 fake pro-Trump electors in Arizona, even though President Joe Biden won the state.

Giuliani was indicted alongside 18 other people for the scheme, including former Arizona GOP chair Kelli Ward, who pleaded not guilty earlier Tuesday.
The former mayor was finally served the subpoena on Friday night—at a lavish surprise party celebrating his 80th birthday in Palm Beach,

Rudy Giuliani’s bankruptcy creditors accused the former New York City mayor of paying his girlfriend and her daughter rather than those who are owed money.

Giuliani filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in December after a defamation case left him owing nearly $148m to two Georgia election workers. Lawyers for the Committee of Unsecured Creditors - basically those Giuliani owes money - are pleading with the court to appoint a trustee — a move that the former mayor objects to.
