May be mixed, but mostly Sheltie I think

Speedy little bugger. Maybe Border Collie on one side?

Parts of that video looked like it was sped up…
Most of the time the trainers are running along with the dog from station to station, she couldn’t! Had to point at a lot. Good dog!

I think you're right.
Shelties are that fast and border collies ain't no slouch. Had a border collie that routinely ran squirrels down. Had a sheltie that hated cats. She once caught the barn tom walking across the back yard. The dog took off like a brown blur, knocked the cat flying and jumped on the cat while the tom was trying to right himself.
That tom was on his back, claws a ripping. Or trying to. That sheltie was so fast she was using her paws to bat his away. Y'all have seen how fast a cat can move. The sheltie was faster.

The dog looked a little smaller than a sheltie or border collie. Looked to be about 30-35 lbs.

Border Collie-Papillon Mix

Yeah, she was small. 12”. Border Collies at 20” normally win. The owner/trainer has a Border Collie that won last year.

I've had two shelties, both female. One about fourteen pounds and one about twenty-two.
Really? They look much bigger.

The 20” Border Collie that came in 2nd and would have won on a normal year -
