    Hollywood, drag queens, entrapment...

Take the 10 minutes for some common sense.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

Great stuff until the last 8 words, then he threw it all out the window.

          Damn he looks young.

They’ll end up, after a lot of drama, with the same formula they use every time they have a trifecta: take away health care and food assistance from low income families and use the money to fund tax cuts for their donors.

                Just to balance things...

More than 4,200 allegations of clergy abuse reported, U.S. bishops’ annual audit shows
                https://www.americamagazine.org/politics-society/2021/11/10/clergy-abuse-allegations-audit-241814link text

Of course, those are just allegations - but's good to remember that there are many allegations against youth pastors, ministers and other religiously affiliated people from other denominations out there as well - and likely a good portion are never reported.

Anywhere that people have influence or power over others - there's room for abuse. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to play with narratives that garner clicks, laughs, votes and/or followers.

Yes, there is a perception (me included) that if a person has a certain job, they are somehow more "moral" than the general population.

There is some true in that but there are always going to be bad people in whatever job function exists (police, religious, military, religious, teachers, etc.)

I think that focusing on that in this discussion is missing the forest because of all the trees…
