Well that's a video I can't un-see. Saw a headline on reddit and opened the video, it's from a balcony but you clearly see at least 4 gunmen slowly walking through and shooting folks who are hiding along the walls and corners, trapped. Vicious.
From the top comment:
Attackers have black beards, likely Chechen/Dagestani or ISIS-K affiliates.
It’s worth noting the venue has 6,200 seats and they were all sold out for a show tonight. This is a mass casualty event.
The entire building is on fire, possible start of a hostage situation. From what I gather, Spetsnaz (OMON and SOBR) have entered the building, but the attack is ongoing.

There have been warnings among the Moscow diplomatic corps the last couple of weeks of an imminent terrorist attack.
This should be the trigger necessary for Putin to launch his blood purge.

Yup. Already saw a report that a white van with "Ukrainian license plates" was seen in the vicinity.

I was surprised the terrorists escaped. Usually those sorts of attacks don't have an escape plan. Also surprised that they were motivated by money rather than martyrdom, if the stories above are true.
