The best thing about social media

On FB, the only platform I use, there are large, localized groups for sharing lost and found pets. Lots of success stories. I helped one woman find her cat who had jumped into a truck and then out at a CVS near me. I looked for Jake a little bit then told her where I would put the live trap. She got him! Felt good.

Wow that is great! It's funny how social media usage evolves. I only use FB for our local HOA discussion group [which also finds pets but otherwise is for contractor recommendations or giving away household items], otherwise I scroll through Instagram at times to see friend updates. No twitter, or tik tok, I've even stopped using MySpace!

LOL funny you said that. I just signed up for that a few days ago. Part of the process of establishing an account to get a primary car physician, I haven't gone to a doctor in a few years (and definitely not since moving to Minnesota).
I'm also learning that getting an appointment for a specialty (like an ENT or dermatology) is usually a months-out wait. Thanks a lot, Obama.
