Neighbors said they heard it, I didn’t… Firefighter got caught in the basement at the time and is trapped in the rubble. Multiple injuries. The house is leveled. There’s a fireplace and a hole in the ground filled with rubble.

A Leesburg pilot friend posted his security video recording, you could hear the explosion, but couldn't see it. He lives a couple blocks away, I assume there are a lot of recordings.

An update, evidently a technician had been out to the house earlier that day because a propane delivery guy smelled the leak that morning and warned the homeowner. The technician came out, inspected it, and told her there was no problem and specifically told her not to alert neighbors or the authorities.
That technician was found guilty today of involuntary manslaughter, and is facing 10 years in prison.
