Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

        You can't.

        He's elderly.

        And forgetful.

          And no jury would convict.

And as long as he's in office, Dr. Jill would pardon him.

I saw a clip of Potatus during the 2020 debate with Trump.

The decline in the man in appalling.

I used to see guys in their 80s and 90s flying airplanes, by themselves.

For most of those guys, I used to think, there is no way this guy should be flying by himself.

On one hand it is good to see them fight the fight. But the time comes when you just move on to the next thing.

One of the surgeons with whom I worked was a pilot for United. I believe the retirement age at the time was 62. His union fought tooth and nail and had it raised to, I believe, 65.

Similarly, when I worked at the university, the chairman was approaching 63. University policy was that you could no longer be chair past age 65. You could work, but not chair a department.

One of the (many) reasons I left was job security. With a new chairman coming in 2 years, what was the likelihood that I, with a desperately short CV, but good teaching, managerial and clinical skills would have a position under new leadership.
