We talked about this documentary about the Floyd murder. Its most important contention was that the Maximal Restraint Technique, which is kneeling on the neck of a resisting person, was part of Chauvin's training. Turns out in MRT, the neck kneel was intended as the first step in a process, to temporarily restrain a suspect only until a "hobble" apparatus was applied. Then the suspect was to be rolled over on their side, to prevent asphyxiation. Seems the documentary was disingenuous.

I’m compiling data for a rank ordering of all races. Should be done soon, then I can let the world know. Apparently people are pretty interested in that topic, so I’m surprised nobody has produced a definitive rank ordering till now. Anyway, spoiler alert, the Dutch are garbage.
