All of them seem to be doing pretty well as far as mental acumen is concerned.

Albert Einstein was 26 when he published not one, but four, groundbreaking scientific papers.

William Pitt the Younger was 24 when he became Prime Minister of the then most powerful country in the world.

Neither was old enough to be President, but I'd dare say both had more mental acumen than anybody on that list.

If you're going to have a lower limit, shouldn't you have an upper one?

Not disputing that at all. There are lots of geezers who are totally functional, sharp, and capable. Just look at me.

I suppose Einstein and Pitt, along with Sanders and others are outliers.

But if you're going to legislate it, it has to be a constitutional amendment, and we know what a heavy lift that is.
