My neighbour and I dealt with the skunk that sprayed Von Dawghausen in September. Found his den and waited for him to go on his rounds one evening. It was under the next neighbour’s formed concrete front steps. We dug down a foot or so and bricked it up a bunch of paving and stacking stones we both had laying around our yards. He had to move on. Haven’t seen him now since the end of September.

I have a fake woodpecker that I put up a couple weeks ago and seems to do a really good job. But the rotted wood, all we could find anyway, has been replaced.
