One of the things I love about living here is the wildlife - in particular the birds of prey soaring overhead.

You never saw this stuff back home. Driving my daughter to college in Massachusetts a few weeks back I saw a black bear on somebody's front lawn - it might be commonplace in some parts, but round here that just blew me away.

Growing up, I'd see them every fall. That's when they most like going dumpster-diving.

    Please love yourself.

      Owl makes better gumbo.

“Cry havoc and let slip the DOGE of war!”

Those who cheered as J-6 American prisoners were locked in solitary for 18 months without trial, now suddenly fight tooth and nail for foreign terrorists’ "due process". — Buck Sexton

Never had owl, but bear meat's pretty okay.

        Please love yourself.

I wonder how many duck vaginas that eagle eats every year.
