I thought you were talking about Mike Pence. For a moment there I thought there was hope, but alas, it wasn’t to be.

Not for Pence. Poor guy is a nonstarter.

Whether he’s a nonstarter is beside the point. He is genuine. I like that.

Indeed, among other things he appears to be among the isolationist faction of US politics.

Mike comes from the 4th Congressional District. That's Shreveport and West Louisiana. 61% vote for Trump, both races.

Mike may be more conservative than Jordan. Certainly, a lot more than McCarthy. He's not a media hog and if he succeeds, it will be behind the scenes.

It’s not even appropriate to call her a colleague. She has no vote.

I may be wrong, but I think she's been called the "ranking member" in committee meetings.

She served as a manager during the Trump impeachment.

If she can't vote and has no power, why is she even there other than to tick some checkboxes? Her insightful questioning of Taibbi and Schellenberger was an embarrassment.

                                        Why bother?

Constitutions, in general, do not last very long. The mean lifespan across the world since 1789 is 17 years. Interpreted as the probability of survival at a certain age, the estimates show that one-half of constitutions are likely to be dead by age 18, and by age 50 only 19 percent will remain. Infant mortality is quite high—a large percentage, approximately 7 percent, do not even make it to their second birthday.

                                          Folks,

Lake City is no longer selling ammunition to the public. CSG in the Czech Republic, just bought Vista's sporting division (that 's Remington ammo, CCI and Speer) for $1.9B. Production details remain spotty.

We only have two companies that make primers. Things have gotten so bad and so far behind, American companies are buying Russian primers to stay afloat.

That's how far behind we are on ammunition production.

Y'all want that 5.56 to go Israel or Ukraine? Take your pick...
