By the way, this is what Trump said in Iowa:

"I am willing to go to jail if that's what it takes for our Country to win and become a democracy again."

    Cool! We’re in agreement!

LOL the only time recently that the country almost stopped being a democracy is when a sitting president refused to accept the election results.

We didn't really almost stop being a democracy.

Regardless of our prejudiced friends from the North, Trump is in the middle of the biggest political campaign we have. Maybe the Judge and prosecutor should have thought of this before they started down this judicial pathway.

Or, maybe they did...Which is why the charges were filed where they were and why the push is one for certain trial dates.

People, it's all politics. Pure, naked power politics. The Federal case, the New York case and the Atlanta case. Funny, i think the American people are starting to understand that...

It does. It's very unsettled law. This one might be too broad. We'll see.

Though one consideration is, historically, Judges are jealous of their own power and it's not common to see appellate judges issue sweeping rulings limiting judicial power.

AN appeals court could strike part of this down on pretty narrow grounds. I think the part about witness abuse will stand, as it should pass strict scrutiny.

Remember this man leads a cult with thousands of members that will willingly commit violent crimes on his behalf. That has to be taken into account.

I wish we didn't have irrefutable evidence of the fact. But every single one of us has seen it.

                    That's violence? Coup type violence?

Aw, go on with ye, lad!

Maybe that's because 25 people died during the BLM riots.

Remind me again, how many died on January 6th from the riot violence? Oh yeah, one. Babbitt. Died because a guy who maybe shouldn't have had a gun, used the one he had.

Imagine if in 2016 Obama had called the Secretary of State of PA, told him to "find 14000 votes" and threatened to prosecute him if he didn't.
