After watching the video, legality notwithstanding I really don't think that behaviour called for shooting the guy, who yes, did behave like a complete imbecile. I've had people approach me and act in an aggressive manner similar to that jackass, and it would never even have occurred to me to shoot them. Obviously, I don't carry a gun so it's a moot point, but still....

In this day and age? I don't blame him. The guy continued to follow him and be right up in his face after being repeatedly told to stop. What should he do? Wait for the cretin who's a good bit bigger than him to attack?

To be fair, my gladness for the not guilty verdict is very much swayed by my (and the near universal) disdain for this type of youtube prankster.

I get where you’re going with this. All I will say is that the prankster did look pretty frigging menacing and is twice the guys weight. It’s easier to say it wasn’t life threatening on this side of the screen than it is from the other.
