I guess technically we have the potential of a President serving his term from prison.

The jury system is going to come in handy.

Seriously though? The Georgia thing always had the sense of being the most serious and problematic if they had evidence beyond innuendo. It still is. Unfortunately, the NY crap over Stormy Daniels, the highly partisan Documents indictment, and the January 6th indictment really dilute this. It makes it look like so much bullshit.

And the grand juror really did hurt the perception of this whole thing.

Telling people to wash OANN is conspiracy.
Asking to speed up the signature verification, with an offer to help is a conspiracy.
Telling public to call your legislator is a conspiracy.

Would tickle the feces out of me.
Then, maybe the Demoncratic Socialist Party doesn't go down this road again.

I think realistically they’d have to declare him incapacitated under the 25A for the duration of his incarceration.

Just remember...If the silliness succeeds, this is how the game will be played from now on.
And Dingy Harry smiled...

When Trump tries to steal an election, it's because he genuinely believes he won, which makes it ok.

I suppose that’s ultimately why his people are ok with it.
But that just means they never gamed out what things would look like with such a norm.
In such a world elections would be merely opening bids, to be ultimately decided by whichever party controls the right state and judicial machinery.

Georgia is what it comes down to. Can the prosecution provide the evidence that Trump (not co… Trump) illegally interfered.

I’ve read they have recordings of calls between Trump and Rafensberger besides the one the public has heard.

Are you out of your rabid-ass mind?

Ok replace with “attempt to overturn an election” and the point still stands.
