I was just thinking… the movie came out in 1993 when I was 11 years old. So for me, the kids represented “me” in that same time and space. Same age.
Now, as I watch clips of the movie, I wonder how it was received by those older than me. Was it as a poignant reminder of youth as I’d imagine it would be?
