Flying post Covid...

This year we went to the UK for the first time since Covid...I go for ten days, the rest of them for 4 weeks.
Mrs. Phibe's flight out was cancelled not once but twice, so she arrived two days late.
One the way back last week, my first flight was delayed, so I missed my connection. Got stuck in Dublin overnight.
Today, pretty much exactly the same thing seems to have happened to Mrs. P. I checked the flight history, and they seem to be delayed by over an hour about 50% of the time. Which is quite an achievement for a 30 minute flight.
So, Aer Lingus is currently running at 1/4 success rate. I think next time I may choose a different option. Swimming, possibly.
