Hello, Horace! Got yer boots and ten-gallon hat by now?

I do want a hat. Boots never felt right on my feet. Not that I ever wore a pair. But I imagine they would.

Love it! We're doing well. MFR got a brand new hip and a vacuum cleaner for her birthday! (seriously - she wanted the vacuum).

Cats are doing well and you're up speed on The Princess.

Still doing very interesting things for my client part time, which is perfect.

      She didn’t want the hip?

You live in Texas, the home of the bespoke boot. They can make 'em fit.

But if you have a good fitting pair, custom or not, I think you would like them. No more shoelaces!

I wear shorts every day, is the problem.

I want one of those Marlboro Man hats. A black one would be cool.

Horace, Jolly said they would make'em fit. Better make sure it's the boots, not your feet.

Found this little guy chilling by me pool. Figure I would share.

              IMG_5342.jpeg IMG_5345.jpeg

Those pictures were taken two days ago. But when I was swimming again just now I saw that little guy again, more or less on the same spot except facing a different direction. (Well, I think it's the same little guy just going by size. I cannot really tell the difference if there are two of them anyway.)

                        Hello, Mark!
My BIL and SIL moved to your fine state to be closer to their adult kids. Yes, they like cheese and beer, so they'll fit in just fine. They're not close to your part of the state, so you probably have nothing to worry about, yet I thought it might be wise to let you know. They can be a bit wild.

😆 Cheese is still a favorite Aged Cheddar please! I like beer too but have been avoiding it and other alcohol consumption as a show of solidarity with Mrs. Mark who can no longer enjoy it due to her prescription medication.

Well, this time it's your turn to square me away, Cats. I posted a reply to your froggo question in the OTHER thread titled 'Moment of nature' or something like that. Geez o' Pete, only two threads, and I can't put it in the correct one.

Thank goodness you are a friend, not someone who will try to give me too much carp.

BTW, I am blaming this on the doozy of a head cold given to me by hubby. I can hardly type today, so I apologize now for all unintelligible posts I make this week.
                                          That's my story ...
