I've been watching this dude for awhile. I don't know why. I just have been. (I think he reminds me of a lot of my old co-workers.) Some interesting stuff:

He started making these on his lunch breaks when he was a chef. He kinda didn't want to—and lunch breaks in kitchens usually involve shoving shitty food down your throat over an open trash can while you manage about a dozen other things—but a buddy of his cajoled him into continuing.

He does it full-time now. He quit being a chef to take care of his grandmother in her house. He's done ads with the chocolate guy for Tubi and Hyundai, and TikTok duets with folks like Chef Rush.

Fucking internet, man.

The best ones are the ones with "grandpa."

I agree with him about the Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits. It was one of the deciding factors in our move to Canada.
