      Private security will be the answer if this happens. More guns in public hands I suspect too.

      Gangs would make easy land grabs, no?

            I like Frey (super liberal and all) trying to inject some reason into this hysteria. The council needs to be careful this could lead to a decades long implosion of the city. I’ve never seen an overreaction like this before.
