                I think they do separate implants for that.

                        In the days before the little blue pill, penile implants were not all that unusual. I must've seen at least a dozen of them. Some were a semi-rigid "rod" that was implanted. Others, more complicated, were actually "inflatable." The inflation pump was implanted into the scrotum, iirc, and there was a tube connecting it to the actual device in the penis.
