One lucky cop

This happened in my old neck of the woods.... Fairfax County, on a road that I'm sure LD drives nearly every day, too (as I used to). Anyway, back to the cop... you can pause this however you want, but wow... mere feet (or inches) from being killed or at least being pancaked between the car and guardrail.
The driver was going 120 mph (the road is 50, I think?) and only minor injuries were the result. 3 teens were in the car that caused the crash.

Wow. Only minor injuries. A man was arrested last week here for 149 in a 65. He said it was a new car. he wasn't used to it.
