Riley Gaines swam for Kentucky in college. Kentucky tied with Transgender Thomas' team for 5th place at the NCAA finals.
The NCAA 5th place trophy was handed to Thomas before anybody else on his team or anybody on Kentucky's team.
Gaines has since been a vocal opponent of trans women competing against real women in sports.

Beyond what has already been said here, she puts on a very effective presentation. Showing the differences that not only testosterone makes, but the differences in lung capacity, bone density, skeletal integrity, muscular development. Her presentations used to be very academic and straight forward but as she’s dealt with attacks, she’s become more emotional in her responses. It’s a shame. An understandable response (as is Jordan Peterson’s) but the message would be much more powerful if it was kept to the facts.
She destroyed a professor of Anthropology at Pitt during a talk last week and made him look like a fool. He started whining “why is everyone laughing at me? I have a PHD! I’m the expert!”
The expert anthropologist didn’t realize that you can identify the sex of skeletal remains with a visual examination to a high degree of accuracy.

Well, we are a bit hot-blooded.
Seriously, if you look at a lot of the shooting stats, they happen in predominately urban poor black communities. You may not have noticed, but we have a lot of that down here.
But I digress...I've worked around a lot of insane people. Unless they are totally gone, they understand violence and the threat of violence.
If the chick with the cellphone knew there were rules against shouting down a speaker and getting physical, which meant an immediate P24 upside her ear by a healthy young police officer, followed by cuffing, booking and a few days in jail before arraignment, it wouldn't have happened at all.
Same reason street predators pick on the weak and the infirm. I've only been accosted one time in my life by a black guy in a parking garage in New Orleans. For some reason, as that man stared into that pistol barrel, he had a sudden and pressing need to go somewhere else. As fast as he could run.
