I'm curious if this the marketing disaster we'd like to think it is.
Good point. They may count on the fact that very few non-fans recognize who it is. They may also be limiting physical distribution.

It’s not a distribution, it’s a gift. However, Dylan is being paid as a spokesperson for Bud Light. Their pride cans were distributed, though.

Kid Rock opines...
The rocket surgeon presumably just paid for all that beer.

They may like the hot chick on the can. There's a song for that.

Ah yes, Paul Joseph Watson, the voice of reason.

, Paul Joseph Watson, the voice of reason.
Could have been worse - it could have been the Daily Mail. Be grateful for small favours.

The British Sunday tabloid The News of the World (now defunct) used to run a column called The Voice of Reason, written by the late Woodrow Wyatt. Reason wasn't the first thing that sprang to mind upon reading it.
On reflection, I think I may have unearthered TuCa's origin story.

Watson's points:
- Dylan Mulvaney is NOT an April Fool's Joke
- Mulvaney is dressed like an every day woman, not a performance actor.
- Blackface is bad, beer face good?
- Transgenders are marginalized and oppressed while Mulvaney rakes in the $$, not to mention bowed down to on TV.
- Parody ads
- Mulvaney wants more attention (bubble bath with beer)
- Budweiser tastes like stale piss. It pretends to be a beer.
- Controversy? Nah, this is the best advertising you can buy. "They WANT the backlash" and Kid Rock feeds into it.
- CMA awards - protest law on drag queens performing in front of children.
- It's not about beer, burgers or music. It's about the message, and you must accept it as normal.
So, what parts are wrong?

I'm not arguing with what he said in the video. Anybody can see that the Budweiser advertising is ridiculous.
The fact remains that he is who he is. Why choose that awful guy to make the case - why not pick David Icke or Alex Jones (who he worked for)?
Sure, before somebody else says it, I'm shooting the messenger. Sometimes they need shooting.

Nobody chose the messenger, he chose his message.

My point was that if you choose dodgy individuals to make your case for you, then you risk undermining the argument.
Isn't that obvious? I'm pretty sure Hitler said something along those lines.
