The washing machine is on the fritz. Two weeks before the warranty parts are available, so off to the laundromat…

It may as well be a casino.

1/5 of the machines in here are slots.

$8 washers and $5 dryers aren’t great, either, but I imagine upkeep is pretty expensive.

I would load a picture, but the signal is horrible.

Find a fluff and fold. They'll do it for you and while a little more expensive, probably worth it.

Or...a bathtub, a five gallon bucket and a homemade agitator will work for most things.

I would, but Karla’s a little sensitive about detergents and fabric softeners. Me? I’m getting used to taking my shirts to the cleaners… Always thought that was a waste of money, but man, they do last longer and look better…

I've been sending my shirts and (dressier) slacks to the dry cleaners since...1981. Mrs. George and I HATE ironing.

Our dry cleaners pick up and deliver.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

What brand and model of washing machine?

                        How old is it?
