Sure wish they had other options. These 2 are closing.

Fair point. Might not be as big a deal as it seemed.

Yeah, but that wouldn't draw teh clicks. I read an article this morning screaming that the Chicago police chief and a Chicago US attorney both resigned following Lightfoot's loss. Of course, neither event had anything to do with the loss, but teh clicks, man, teh clicks.

Still, look at the map. It's the ones closest to the inner city.

Y'all don't shop at Walmart. I don't go there a lot, but I'll be at one today. I'm going to drop the wife off to play for a funeral, and get my shopping done in one place. I need some groceries, dog food, diesel motor oil, grease, a couple of single-pole light switches, a double knock-out rose and I'll buy gas for the truck.

I can buy that in one stop. And that's what a Super Walmart can do.

I have 10 of them now, they are tough (most of the time) and low maintenance. And they just keep flowering.

Bought a pink one, to replace one that up and died on me. You want the double knockouts, not the original. The double is much fuller.

On the rose note, iffen y'all want something old and different, try these folks:

Yes, I have 6 of those, a smaller bloom, and smaller plant, but lots of flowers non-stop from last to first frost. I trim them maybe once every 1-2 months in season. Not much of a fragrance.

I have them along the edge of a walkway and I don't want them to take over the walk so I keep them down to 1-2 feet high. They would probably get a lot bigger if I let them go.

And I still keep 6-7 hybrid tea roses even though they need more maintenance because they have big blooms with a strong fragrance. I usually have a few of these blooms cut in vases in the kitchen for most of the summer.
