A totally innocent man, projected to be a first round pick, is not drafted at all.

But if the other car was racing to get distance between the two vehicles, then Carter was complicit, yes? He didn't cause the crash directly, but you could argue the crash wouldn't have happened if they hadn't been racing. Yes?

I'm curious if the NFL will draft Carter in spite of this. Don't see why they wouldn't -- innocent til proven guilty -- but I don't know the NFL protocol for this kind of thing.
