5G towers

A friend posted this on FB:

The Village Board meeting (in person only) Monday 2/27/23 7:00 will provide info on the placement of new wireless 5G transmitters. The radiation they emit has not been proven safe. The rules that limit their output were written 26 years ago and a lot has changed. The map that was made available several years ago of locations for "new" poles is now out of date. Even the village does not know for sure where they will go. Most of the placements will be on power and light poles although a few new ones will be added. At least 30 are planned for the western half of the village but there could be more later. Most are in residential areas. Some will be near schools. Go to the meeting, learn and ask questions. If you can't come to the meeting, the village will post a video of the meeting on its website.

Pretty much my opinion. The somewhat surprising thing is that I know this person, and I'm surprised to see them post something like that.
