Indeed. Every aspiring piano player tries to learn "The Entertainer," not realizing that the original version is a lot harder than anticipated. They end up playing the dumbed-down version. They also play it too damn fast. As Max Morath said, "Ragtime should never be played fast."

Ah yes. As I've said, I remember when A & E stood for "Arts and Entertainment.

@LuFins-Dad well, yes. It is with a different "feel" and is quite a bit faster and with what I can only describe as
"agitado". Of course the arrangement is different. Her technique is quite flawless.Chet is playing a much more relaxed arrangement. One that I could probably take a reasonable stab at. I have no desire to play it faster than Chet Atkins. lol
