    Every now and then I see a post where someone alternates upper-case with lower-case letters.

        Juvenile delinquency really isn't what it once was.

        I think sometimes they hide important and/or profound messages by only capitalizing them.

                I'm thinking it's a thing you have to download to do, and it does the alternating for you. I can't imagine most people would stand still for having to peck it out letter by letter.
