Anyone read The Unabomber's Manifesto recently?
What happens next? -

I did listen to Sam’s latest podcast, I heard his concern but did not see this tweet coming.
I don’t foresee at this point a level of anarchy moreso than in the past. Maybe he’s too close to it all or I am out of touch. And yes both conditions could be true.

I think it was mostly a joke.

I'm listening to his podcast as we speak. Hadn't heard of him before, but I can see why he also has meditation offerings...very calm voice.

I listened to his recent solo podcast on the current riots and stuff. I liked it a lot. Very balanced analysis of the situation.

I'm not aware of anybody who's commentary on American culture resonates with me more than his. He did veer once in that podcast into TDS hysteria when he said that he doesn't know if the republic would survive another four years of Trump, but he's been like that with Trump ever since the ridiculous reality TV clown presumed to run for president. And he did once say he can't really know that a Hillary-led country would have been any better off. So he's just prone to nonsensical proclamations about the existential risk of Trump.

I mostly agree with you as I am a huge fan. His stridency on atheism really bugs me but I refuse to let be a disqualifier. I just can’t recommend to a swath of people.

He doesn't talk about it much these days. I mean, it's not like he avoids it. But he doesn't focus shows on it much.
