Guess the Norse Gods! (More crap I made in Midjourney.)

I broke these up into 4 categories. But please note that there are deliberate clues in every image.

Let's start with the easy stuff. If you can't get any of these then may the Gods help you with the others.

Now, these are slightly less well-known characters, but they're still popular in the pantheon, and the clues are strong.

Slightly harder now. The clues are a little more subtle, and the figures may or may not be ones you've heard of.

Good on you if you can get any of these. Either very subtle clues or very obscure figures.

That's what makes it fun! Back in the day, I would've been able to get about 2/3 of them, maybe 3/4 on a good day. To make these, I had to pick up my notebooks. I'd forgotten a lot of 'em.

It was great fun trying to make them, so figured I'd share 'em. I wanted to get the details right—things not just some revisionist asshole falsely attributed to someone, but details Snorri and the Eddas both mentioned.

Then it was a matter of working with Midjourney to get the images right. Some of them took quite a bit.

I might put a list together so people can reference it for their guesses, but that's kinda cheating. Wanna see how many others can get without prompting.

1st row, 1: Odin
1st row, 4: Loki (maybe 4th row, 2?)
1st row, 5: Millennial drinking IPA
2nd row, 3: Thor, although the 1st image looks more like Hemsworth
4th row, 3: Glod

Excellent! Good eye with Loki. He's supposed to have blond hair, despite the bullshit you'll see out of Marvel.

Good guess, as these two are sometimes misidentified as one another. More hints:
• more like Thor's nephew in terms of family tree.
• sunshine.
• sword, not hammer.

4th row, 3: Glod

That is an excellent guess! Your time with the Scandos is obviously paying off! Close, but not quite, though. There's another clue in the image that might help narrow it down.

What's funny is nothing has made me want to learn about norse gods more than this thread. Never really looked into it, but looks like a lot of fun. Scandos, LOL.

Also a good guess as he's Thor's brother. (Half-brother, anyway.) Hint: People even liked him over Thor.
