No wonder Ivanka stepped back from her father’s political aspirations. His dinner guests would have few, if any, qualms about having her husband and children gassed.

I think Copper was suggesting that Trump should be strong enough to negotiate with the party the extent to which blatant antisemites should be allowed in and promoted by the party.
