    The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

      Terrific! Always fun to see a large heron do a surprise fly-by when you're out. We also have some sandhill cranes that are of an impressive size (and sound). They seem like mini pterosaurs walking around.

        We had a lot of sandhill cranes by the Cheddarshack. One of them would knock on the door to the lower-level family room. Tore up the screens of the sliding door.

        D2 was packing up the place before she moved and caught this (poor quality, but you get the idea).

          @George-K Haha what a video! The first half is like a scary movie, waiting for something to jump out! The 2nd half is funny to watch. We have a friend here who had knocking at her basement door a few weeks ago... she was scared. She went down and found a wild turkey pecking at the glass. LOL
