      Looks like PA could take some time, thanks to the GOP forcing a time-consuming process on Philadelphia (but no other county in the state).

                        Philadelphia has had more election clerks prosecuted for ballot stuffing and election fraud than any other city in the United States. A lot of Ozzy Myers’s apparatus is still in place…
