    Anecdotally I’d say turnout should be pretty good for a midterm. I hear much more discussion about the election this year than in 2018, at least it seems so.

                              Philadelphia has had more election clerks prosecuted for ballot stuffing and election fraud than any other city in the United States. A lot of Ozzy Myers’s apparatus is still in place…
