Police brutality due to overly powerful unions and biased "independent" review boards are sustained complaints that have been raised and re-raised for decades.
This Paw Patrol thing is annoying as hell but it'll go away as soon as we have the next crisis.

Without the cover of 'none of the rest of you has any clue how badly cops treat minorities', this idea that police brutality is a major social issue would be absurd to the electorate.

This reminds me, @George-K if you watch The Shield (TV series), expect a little police brutality.
