Yup. The most recent is from, what, 2016? And the next "newest" is 2005?

That was a decent list. There are a few skits I haven't seen yet so I'll watch them later today.

Lots of funny stuff there, mostly old.

You know, as I watched these, one thing struck me. I don't think pre-recorded skits should be allowed on the list, as funny as some of them are. Only live skits should qualify, hence the name of the show.

Black Jeopardy is hilarious and illustrates through comedy the theme of Sowell’s essay/book “Black Rednecks and White Liberals”.

Fred Armisen rocks.
When I think of funny, the skit that always pops into my head is the one where Tom Hanks plays a guy with a short term memory deficit on a quiz show, playing opposite Tony Randall.
I will never get the appeal of Mike Myers. Unfunniest guy ever IMO.

I haven't watched it in decades.
But I assume it is still true that if you get into the SNL cast you are all set, you are made. There is no longer any real need to deliver, it is SNL after all.
Just show up, get your name in lights, then sit back and enjoy the celebrity.
