Vance demolishes Ryan in debate

Only clip I stumbled on (via Reddit) was this one where Ryan takes Vance to task for his defense of the insurrectionists. No idea who won the debate or whatever.

I just watched the whole debate. First, it was the best run debate I've seen in years. the questions were on point, and the moderators held both to the rules.

Both candidates made good points, but Ryan time after time just reiterated his campaign ad messages, many of which are outright lies. If I tell you this lie often and loudly enough you will believe it.

Vance was, as he was during the primary, well prepared, well spoken, had a good command of the facts and cut through the political bullshit to the issues t hand. He more often than not actually answered the questions that were asked rather than deflecting and going back to canned responses. Ryan did not.

Vance earned my vote in this debate.
