The "gender journey"

It really boggles my mind the joy some folks, like her, get in advocating what is really impossible for my head to understand... which is the concept that a psychological condition such as gender dysphoria is treated with the same approach as someone with a physical condition. Oh your eyes are fuzzy? Let's get you glasses or perform eye surgery. Oh you're a male but think you should be a female? Let's get you some medications and perform genital surgery. Oh you're only 3? Ok, let's just make sure you can say your ABCs and have your parents sign on a dotted lin. I'm sure you won't regret that in 10 or 20 years.

And, it's just another branch of the tree...

She has crazy eyes.
I’ve commented on this before. The inmates are running the asylum. In college and early adulthood there were 8 people that I personally knew studying for careers in psychiatry and/or psychology. 6/8 were the people that I knew most needed psychiatric help. Abusive backgrounds that resulted in a few issues including gender and sexual issues.
I personally think that the field has been overrun these days by people using their positions to normalize aberrant behavior.

Very much so.
It's really a shame. She's obviously well-versed in woke canticles. Just imagine if she decided to grow a real personality and put some of that regurgitation to some constructive use.

Speaking of...
Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation’s largest health care organizations, is promoting gender-affirming programming to minor patients without the knowledge or consent of parents, a mother told Libs of TikTok in an exclusive interview.
The mother, who spoke to Libs of TikTok on the condition of anonymity, said she was tipped off to Kaiser’s gender-affirming workshop after looking through her child’s patient portal. Her 16-year-old trans-identifying teen received an email with an invitation to join the “Pediatric Gender Expression Care Workshop,” a series of courses on social gender transitions. There is no parental permission required to join the workshop, according to the email provided.

This really is goofy. When kids are small, boys play with dolls, girls play war games. They dont know the difference.
Seems like people like the lady above are "force feed" kids to act one way or another.
Stupid

Further, let’s think about what gender “indicators” even are. Seriously. For example, just because a male kid’s interests align with culturally accepted female interests (pink, dolls, ballet, dressing up, long hair, whatever), what makes that relevant at all regarding their gender identity? Think about it…do they think they’re female because they like female things? No? Then how does one even describe what “female” feels like without the cultural indicators to rely on?
And all of these questions are even more poignant when you’re talking about kids without any real concept of what this is all about.

I’m old enough to remember a time where our identity was not based on gender… Silly us…
