Today's lunch

I decided to make some grilled cheese sammiches.
Large piece of sourdough bread, cut in half.
Each half slathered with butter.
The cheese - a slice of American cheese and swiss. Threw in some basil, just for the hell of it.
Air fryer for about 9 minutes at 370 degrees.
Wonderful.
No pictures - I'm going to do it again tomorrow, with mozzarella instead of swiss and add a tomato.
