@Klaus How do i pm you, I don't see it
Click on Klaus' icon, let his screen come up and you'll see some dots in the upper right of the screen. Click on those and you get a drop down menu, one of which is a chat button. Click on and type you your PM. Click paper airplane icon to send.

The thing some people never figured out about Larry is that they were just mirror images of him. They never let it sink in that this is the internet. You are not forced to engage with anyone, your argument participation is strictly voluntary. They were every bit as determined to beat him as he was them.
We used to have an ignore feature. More people should have used it.

@Jolly
Not dead yet ! One foot in the grave . Nothing to complain about. Good health and, still, bad English.Radu, I was just thinking of you - saw some of your old RMMP posts! Good to see you around.
I get tickled at both Klaus and radu poor-mouthing their English skills. It's the only language I know (except a few curse words) and both of them are much better at it than I.

So… Are we going to have a Flame War in Larry’s honor?

Larry was one-of-a kind. Although I didn't always agree with him I have to give him credit for being blunt, honest, and not giving an EFF about what others thought about him. I miss his posts on Piano World, the ones that were piano-related. His combative nature was in full display on the Coffee Room there. He didn't let up at all in this forum. RIP Larry..........I imagine you're arguing with God right now!

Just got back to a WiFi connection to learn the sad news that Larry has left us. He and I used to message one another regular basis about music stuff. The two of us shared a lot in common in that regard although our specific tastes were quite different.
The last time we directly corresponded with each other was in late winter. Strange, but at the time I sensed something was just not right with him health wise, although he made no indication of it. When Dr. George posted last week about his exchange with Larry and the diagnosis it did not come as a surprise. In fact, I recall Larry having beat lung cancer once already about 15 or so years ago. It obviously returned with a vengeance.
R.I.P. good soul. Hope you’re jammin’ up there with your friends - Waylon, Johnny and Guy.
