I think someone had a thread one time here about the Police’s use of keys, chords, harmony, etc. It was interesting. And unique. For example, this song is irresistibly catchy to my ears:

@89th Beato practically creams in his pants discussing the chord and key changes (not to mention the modes) in "Fortress Around My Heart." That's probably one of my favorite Sting songs.
