There is apparently a big kerfuffle about this little video on Instagram where one of the characters in a parade supposedly dismisses two little black girls. The way I saw it she waved to them. But whatever.

As with so many things lately, if they were white, this wouldn't be a story. But the news media loves to pick up a good story that'll get clicks.
