Personally, I know she doesn't know how to save money on many of her go-to items.

I haven't been to WallyWorld for a while.

Yesterday, to take advantage of a GoodRx deal for Mrs. George, I went to the pharmacy at a Super WalMart near me.

Produce, deli and other stuff seemed to be on a par with anything I'd see at a chain grocery or my local grocer. I saw recognized names and brands. I stocked up on some non-perishables and frozen goods.

I did see some "interesting" tattoos, but that's off-topic.

Heck even just sticking to veggies + starches is going to save you a ton, and you still have a ton of recipes at your disposal.

        Please love yourself.

Yeah that was a pretty stupid (click bait) list. Lots of junk food on it. Just because it says "sugar free" doesn't mean the reese's peanut butter cup cereal is healthy. As a parent, yes PB&J sandwiches (on whole wheat bread) are common, as are the bags of frozen veggies to nuke before dinner, otherwise that was a bit of a depressing list. #murica

If you're feeding ten folks, I don't even consider nutrition as the first criteria. I can stand some sugar or refined flour, if I can produce full bellies. But cooking from scratch, and I mean scratch, is cheaper. That seasoning mix she was using? I chop my own and freeze it for less than $1/bag.

Want to feed 10 grown people for less than $10?

My thought also. She could do all these money-saving activities in between caring for ten kids.

It takes 5 minutes to set beans to soak or start some rice.
