So this video went viral last week:

Of course everyone immediately jumps to the conclusion that the police are bad. They think the cop's reaction is because the guy taking the video is black (he isn't, although he does throw around the N-word). Same story...

Summary:

• 3 teens threatened an IHOP with a gun (one of them showed the gun in their waistband and told an employee to come outside)
• Cops respond, 3 teens run away
• After detaining 2, the 3rd teen walks up (with his phone taking video), so they order him on the ground, etc
• If you watch the video, the police act with professionalism and even some courtesy after a minute once they verify he is not armed
