These protesters are awful, they're so convinced that they're in the right and that the opposition are evil.
They're also just sore losers. Maybe I'm being simplistic, but it often seems those (like me) who generally lean on the conservative side of things handle rulings they don't like with more maturity and civility.

I think the real issue is we’re more discerning with our own tribe. You’re more willing to think of the fringe on your own side as fringe while the fringe on the other side seems representative.

I'm going out on a limb, here, but I'd humbly suggest that maturity and civility weren't exactly two of his key strengths.

Ok I almost referenced the MAGA sore losers but figured it was obvious that it was a (noteworthy, I guess) anomaly. Don't really see far/right folks blocking traffic, or yelling at judges in restaurants, or rioting/looting, or flooding the streets when a criminal is killed after resisting arrest.

Sure, that's a fair point. I think the angry left are a real problem, and I don't want anything to do with them.
However, the leftist protest wasn't started by the actual President of the United States.
So, it's not quite as straightforward as you're claiming. If you honestly don't think that what Trump did after losing the election in an attempt to undermine an election result isn't serious, then I don't know what to say.
Now, you can argue that it was incompetent, blundering, stupid. But imagine if he wasn't such a moron....

However, Schumer issued a direct threat to the justices of SCOTUS.
And with regard to protests, what, exactly, did Trump say? I'm not interested in what the Jan 6 "commission" has found about the goings-on in the West Wing, or the Presidential Limo. What did he actually say to the people?
And, if you're going to cite "Go to protest," as part of his speech, be sure that you include the "peacefully" part of it.
